Rick Rodgers, founder and managing director of The Resource Network, improves the bottom line for organizations by connecting internal and external resources in a way that creates a multiplier effect.

Throughout his career Rick has been a catalyst bringing together people and organizations in commercial, public, and non-profit enterprises in ways that enhance individual and collective success. Rick is known as a collaboration champion and "visionsmith."

He has worked with and for governors, corporate executives, technology companies, information providers, international trade and development agencies, associations, and the disabled in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Americas to achieve innovative ways to share and optimize resources. Rick is an access and inclusion trailblazer leading The Resource Network to be one of the first 100 companies in the world to be certified as a Disability-Owned Business Enterprise by the US Business Leadership Network (USBLN), now Disability:IN. He is a member of Disability:IN DC Metro where he serves on the advisory board and chair of the Supplier Diversity Committee.

He is a member of the U.S. International Council on Disabilities and the Gartner Research Circle. He served on the World Bank Community of Practice for Access to Justice for Persons with Disabilities and the board of directors and corporate advisory board for Jubilee Jobs, Inc. A CPA and graduate of the University of Kentucky, Rick has served as Vice President for Administration for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America; Director of Administration and Finance and Secretary-Treasurer of the National Governors Association; Controller of the Council of State Governments; and in the practice of public accounting.
