Company Description.

The Council of State Governments (CSG) is a national nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that employs more than 120 people at its national headquarters office in Lexington, plus 100 in regional offices located in New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, Sacramento and its Washington, D.C., office. It is the only national organization that serves all three branches of government. The Council of state Governments is a joint venturer in the State Services Organizationa dn co-founder of the Hall of the States in Washington, DC. Rick Rdogers served as Controller of The Council of State Governments and a visionsmith for the State Services Orgnaization and Hall of the States.

Responsibilities included providing financial and administrative support to 11 national organizations including those of governors, legislators, attorneys general, lieutenant governors, chief justices, state budget officers, state planning officials, state purchasing officials and the directors of state information systems.
