State Services Organization, which manages the 225,000 square feet of office space that make up the Hall of the States, is proud to offer a broad range of services to more than 90 organizations.
State Services Organization (SSO) / Hall of the States Created and successfully developed the State Services Organization as a joint and innovative business venture of the Council of State Governments, National Conference of State Legislatures, and National Governors' Association to facilitate development and ongoing operation of the Hall of the States in Washington DC. Established quality services, including space and facilities management, conference services, information services, telecommunications, printing and reproduction, and library services. Facilitated the coming together of more than 60 offices of states and associations of state officials.
